This agreement is legally binding under the statutory laws of DemocracyCraft, including the Bankruptcy Act, corporate charter regulations, and common contract law. By using Vanguard Bank, you agree to the following terms:
- Repay loan principal plus interest in equal weekly installments.
- Failure to make weekly payments constitutes a breach of contract, allowing Vanguard Bank to sue for the full outstanding balance.
- Accounts are permanent and cannot be deleted.
- All character identification provided is verified; fraudulent identification is a federal offense.
Credit Score
Your credit score determines your loan eligibility and rates.
- Reliability: +5 per settled loan, -15 per default.
- Debt Load: Based on the number of active loans.
- Longevity: Bonus for having a long history with the bank.
- Stability: Admin-adjusted stability score.
How to increase your score: Pay off loans on time, maintain long-standing accounts, and avoid defaults.

Loan Management

Term is automatically calculated based on loan amount per Vanguard Bank policy.
This is your required weekly payment including principal and interest.
1. Loan Terms: You agree to repay the full loan amount plus 5% interest in weekly installments. Your loan term is automatically calculated based on the amount borrowed. Larger loans receive longer repayment periods.
2. Payment Schedule: Payments are due weekly. You will receive reminders, but it is your responsibility to pay on time regardless of notifications.
3. Late Payments: Missing a payment puts your loan in default. Vanguard Bank may pursue collection through DemocracyCraft Federal Court. Consequences may include account garnishment, asset seizure, and legal fees added to your debt.
4. Income Verification: Standard loans require proof of income. Providing false income information is fraud and will result in immediate denial and potential account review.
5. Account Permanence: All Vanguard Bank accounts and transaction history are permanent for regulatory compliance. Accounts cannot be deleted by users.
6. Identity Verification: Your Minecraft username serves as your electronic signature. You certify that you are the authorized owner of this account.
7. Bank's Rights: Vanguard Bank reserves the right to deny any loan application, modify terms, or take legal action to recover debts as permitted by DemocracyCraft law.
