VANGUARD BANK LOAN AGREEMENT & DEBT COVENANT

This agreement is legally binding under the statutory laws of DemocracyCraft, including the Bankruptcy Act, corporate charter regulations, and common contract law. By submitting this application, you ("the Borrower") agree to the following terms:

1. Repayment Obligations: The Borrower agrees to repay the loan principal plus the stated interest rate of 5% (for terms up to 12 months) or 6% (for terms exceeding 12 months) in equal monthly installments over the selected term.

2. Auto-Approval Policy: Loans of $100.00 or less are processed and approved automatically upon signature. All other loan amounts are subject to corporate review and manual underwriting by Vanguard Bank administration.

3. Default & Legal Remedies: In the event that any scheduled payment is missed, the loan shall be considered in default. Vanguard Bank reserves the absolute right to initiate a civil debt collection claim in the Federal Court of DemocracyCraft. Remedies sought may include character asset forfeiture, garnishment of bank balances, and judicial seizure of property.

4. Character Authentication: Entering your Minecraft username below constitutes an electronic signature. Providing false, misrepresenting, or fraudulent character identification is a federal offense under severe economic fraud guidelines and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the Department of Justice.
